Quality Hotel™ Panorama

Hotel is located outside of old Trondheim in the parking area of commercial buildings. You'll recognize it as a tall tower. Parking is tight, as was our room. Very small twin beds with a loft bed above them. Difficult to crawl into. We called it "The Eagles's Nest." Clean room, hidden behind an unmarked door. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Me and my colleague were working night shift and were suppose to sleep during the day, but to our surprise the hotel had not read the booking instructions, and were unaware of our early arrival. We did not get a room, instead we were told to wait in the parking lot. They also failed to tell us that we had to digitally register our car in the reception. After I had slept an hour in the car, I woke up to find a parking ticket which the hotel staff said they couldn’t help me with. After four hours of sleeping in the car we asked the staff if the room was ready in which the staff replied that they did not know that we were waiting for a room 🤦‍♂️ but happen to have two rooms ready.

There is a car-park and the hotel is very convenient for the E6. Good view of the estate – next to a 7-23 supermarket plus nearby a drive-through McDonalds. Building site next door looks as if works will be finished soon.

Breakfast was basic and beds as well. Neighbours building work didn't disturb but Panorama hotel was quite a joke, best room in top floor and one small window in stairs. Cleaning needs much more enthusiasm to have even moderate state and rate.

Best and recomended for all who travel along E6 in Norway. Easy parking, nice rooms, exellent breakfast, nice staff. Lot of shops and places to eat in the surrounding. Near petrol stations and other service
