We're located right in the heart of Scandinavia's new exhibition centre, which means you won't even need to step foot outdoors to reach the conference facilities. The three large exhibition halls in Scandinavian XPO can accommodate up to 8,500 participants.

We have 17 bright and flexible meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 500 people. We are located under the very same roof as the new Scandinavian XPO conference centre that has a total capacity for up to 8,500 people.
Easily accessible by car, train and plane
For conference guests and all those staying overnight, you are welcome to park in our garage. Please note that spaces are subject to availability and parking fees apply. Do you need long-term parking? If you book our Flight, Stay & Park package, parking is included for up to 7 days, and 50 SEK for each subsequent day (max. 16 days in total). You'll find the entrance to the garage right outside the hotel entrance, and you can take a lift straight up to the lobby from the garage.
*NB! Please note that the garage has a maximum ceiling height of 195cm.

Complimentary airport shuttle service
At Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO, we offer our guests a complimentary transfer shuttle service to and from Arlanda Airport. Please note that you will need to book the transfer online or in the reception, and that spaces on the shuttle bus are limited. The service does not operate between 1am and 4am. For information about where the bus stops, please follow the signs and instructions at Arlanda Airport.
