The new face of Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO
Arlanda airport is expanding, and so is Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO! You will shortly be able to enjoy our renovated facilities with a brand new hotel tower right in the heart of Scandinavian XPO, a world-class international events arena. Guests can look forward to 421 hotel rooms, spacious conference facilities (approx. 2,200m²), a restaurant, bar, gym facilities and lots more. The hotel is fully operational during the renovation.
Shuttle bus
The hotel offers a free daily shuttle bus to and from Arlanda Airport. Please contact the reception to reserve a space at the preferred departure time. You will receive a ticket to be presented on the bus. The trip takes about 10 minutes.
Buses depart every half hour between 2.55am (first bus from the hotel) and 1.10am (last bus from Arlanda Airport). There tend to be more people travelling early in the morning, so make sure you book your space on the shuttle well in advance.
The shuttle bus stops at Bay 13 at Terminal 4, and Bay 8 at Terminals 2 & 3. Please note that there is currently no traffic permitted at Terminal 5, so you will need to walk there from Terminal 4.
Parking
Conference guests and all those staying overnight are welcome to park in our garage. Please note that spaces are subject to availability and parking fees apply. If you need long-term parking, you can book our Flight, Stay & Park package, parking is included for up to 7 days, plus 50 SEK for each subsequent day (max. 16 days in total). You'll find the entrance to the garage right outside the hotel entrance, and you can take a lift up to the lobby from the garage for your convenience. Please note that parking spaces in the garage cannot be booked in advance under "special requests".
Luggage storage
You are welcome to store your luggage here at the hotel either before and after your stay.
WiFi
All our hotel rooms and communal areas have free WiFi. Simply select the QualityGuest network and you'll be online! Simple as that.
Missing something?
Forgot to pack something? No problem, we have just about everything you might need in the reception: toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream and sewing kits.

Are you celebrating a special occasion or do you just want to spoil yourself a little? Please get in touch and we will advise you on upgrade options!
Cash-free hotel
Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our lovely guests. For you it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
