The Quality Airport Hotel Arlanda has 24 conference rooms for up to 160 people in the largest space. Our conference centre can accommodate a maximum of 800 people.

Large meetings and events
Our largest meeting room, Europe, can accommodate up to 160 people. The room is airy and spacious. In addition to conferences, the space is ideal for drinks receptions, exhibitions, celebrations, trade fairs and creative events.
Participants can enjoy a Quality Break in our conference café and the sofa lounge with a nice cup of coffee or maybe even some soft scoop ice cream and popcorn!
Conference centre with private entrance
Our conference facilities are located in a separate part of Eurostop, just a short walk through the lovely shopping centre. It's a great way to stretch your legs after a long day of meetings!
Equipment
Your conference room can be set up with all the technical equipment you may need. All rooms feature a whiteboard, flip chart, pens and WiFi. Please let us know when you make your booking if you would like to reserve a projector or any other technical equipment. Our largest conference room also has a headset and microphone. The furniture in the rooms can easily be rearranged if required.
