Here at Aronsborg, guests can enjoy a variety of activities involving food and chocolate! Our most popular conference activities include teambuilding through cooking competitions or more relaxed cook-alongs! Perhaps you'd like to try a chocolate tasting with accompanying spirits? The hotel also has a lovely garden and you can explore the beautiful area around the lake. Whatever you choose, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to teambuilding, adventure and sports activities!
Activities for any occasion
Our cooking classes are probably the most popular activity here at Aronsborg, but we can also arrange clay pigeon shooting, RIB boat rides, quiz walks, competitions, teambuilding activities, sports, yoga and qigong, as well as visits to the Lasse Åberg museum, seminars, shows and live entertainment. We have spacious indoor facilities as well as outside areas with a football pitch, driving range and Lake Mälaren within easy reach. Let us help you plan a great event!
Cooking class
We are passionate about cooking and chocolate here at Aronsborg, and our 72 kitchen stations make us a truly unique. All our activities can be adjusted to suit your schedule, group size and specific wishes. We can arrange competitions, teambuilding sessions or relaxing social programmes. Just tell us a little more about your ideas and hopes for the day, and we'll help you to organise everything.
Cooking together is a great activity for teambuilding, teamwork and pleasure! Cooking classes are our speciality, and we are the only conference facility in Sweden to be able to accommodate such a large number of participants for this kind of activity. Larger events will be organised at Event Court. For groups of up to 10 people, our Lilla Köket (Little Kitchen) is ideal.
Chocolate school
Guests can come to our chocolate school to learn how to make truffles and pralines. Our Event Court right beside our cooking islands can accommodate up to 72 people for classes on how to make and flavour chocolate truffles and pralines, and learn about others delights that the world of chocolate has to offer!
Different spaces for different occasions
The Vinterträdgården (Winter Garden) is a bright and open space that is perfect for dinners, meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions. You can even drive a car in here if required. Our Event Court and the adjacent Winter Garden and Chocolate Bar can be used as one venue or three separate ones. The Chocolate Bar and Winter Garden can also be combined to create one larger space.
Chocolate Bar
The Chocolate Bar, right next to the Event Court, is a fabulous area for meetings and many other kinds of events. The furnishings are flexible with various seating options. There's also a 14-metre-long bar that looks like a chocolate bar - the perfect place for drinks and mingling!
The Orchard
From the Winter Garden you'll be able to step straight out into our Apple Orchard or Äppelträdgård as it is called in Swedish. This is the ideal place to have a nice walk, but you can also plan barbeques and crayfish parties here. And if the weather is not playing along you can always retreat into the Winter Garden!
Little Kitchen
In Lilla Köket (Little Kitchen) you'll get a true feeling of being at home as you sit around and chat. This venue is suitable for up to 10 people and we can organise cooking classes or our chocolate school in the adjacent kitchen studio. The Little Kitchen is also ideal for other activities such as wine tastings and so on.
