.... and not that bad, to be honest. Quick check-in, and the reception very service minded. Room a little dark and somewhat tired. The bed is two single's, which need to be pushed together, also for one person. Fine TV, however no English channels. No fridge, fine clean bathroom with shower. Strong free WIFI. Tea and coffee facilities available. Didn't visit the pool area. Great breakfast with wide variety. Missed some salmon. Check it out.

A cosy hotell with good service and happy staff. Good quality at the room and quick service at checking in.

Small hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Quite noisy and you heard the other guests as well as the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant Brasserie Absint was very good and it is also whereyou eat breakfast. The hotel has a nnice location in the city centre.

Hotel is in a great location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is currently being renovated which is noisy if using the hotel throughout the day. As guests we were not notified of this. We had an issue with a room where a curtain did not shut properly. This was eventually dealt with but had to be constantly chased over the day and was only dealt with when a new manager came on shift. Not great! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, great omelette station. Plus option to take away coffee which is a bonus! Overall lovely hotel, good atmosphere, great decor, nicely decorated room, cleaned well. No safe in room, not sure why as some room have safes.

First, the location is great. Near to train station by taxi and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The hotel has ongoing renovations, and the property is noisy between 9am and 5pm. It would have been great to know about this before checking in so that I could choose if I still want to stay there! The pillows are TINY and the bed painfully uncomfortable. The rooms don't have their own heating system as the hotel have central heating. Very uncomfortable as you need to open the window for some air. No telephone in the room. You need to go to reception for everything and oftentimes there's no one at the desk! Housekeeping need some attention. Upon check in I walked in the room with socks and after a few mins the socks were so dirty! However, during my stay I once forgot to lock my safe and upon return, everything was untouched, including the money. So well done for having trustworthy Housekeeping attendants! Laundry is borderline a joke and worst I've ever experienced. See photos. Clothes came back more wrinkled than they were when I handed them in! On duty manager had no clue how to handle the situation and actually asked me what I'd like them to do about it.
