Clarion Hotel® Draken

I have stayed at many of the hotels in Gothenburg during the past ten years and I would rate this top five in the city.

1. Breakfast ... you have to use the tv and a mobile phone to book a breakfast slot!. Stupid - who ever thought up that idea. Its so frustrating I simply walked in. Nobody asked for my room number. I could have come in off the street. Breakfast was superb NO SAFE. A nasty money saving idea. The maid had not left any tea bags, so had to make an overseas call to hotel, to request some. They came very promptly, Who chose the pillows ? Biggest Ive ever seen in any hotel. Most uncomfortable. No pictures in the corridors The hookers leaving calling cards with a QR code in the mens toilet on the 33rd floor. Arriving by car is a nightmare

Very modern hotel. The room was a bit small but had an impressive view. The location is also useful for visiting the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a great variety of food. Enjoyed also the rooftop bar. The top restaurant also looks great, but we did not find a table to also try the food. As a minus I would mention only the cleanliness; the cups were never cleaned, and the towels were never changed in 3 days.

REally nice and clean rooms, nice breakfast and nice facilities. there is a spa and a roof top bar, unfortunately i didn't have time to visit these.

First time to Gothenburg in Sweden found Clarion Hotel at good price Location and environment , Nice and comfortable hotel for family stay. Value for money. Breakfast was good, Staff and Hospitality was good. Restaurant especially the Lobby Bar & Restaurant has good to offer in drinks and snacks for guests.
