6.00 pm - Order your favorite drink in the Living Room Bar with entertainment
9.00 pm - Enjoy a 4-course New Year's dinner served in NOVA/NÒR
11.00 pm - Enter floor 69 in Karlatornet to welcome the new year with our DJ
1.00 am - Continue the evening in the Living Room Bar which is open until 2am this evening
The New Year's menu
First: Lobster bisque with dill oil, shrimp, Västerbotten cheese crisp & Jerusalem artichoke
Second: Crab cakes with chive mayonnaise, chili cream & lotus chips
Third: Roast beef tenderloin with Gruyère potato cake, roasted carrot purée, red wine sauce & herb salad
Fourth: Butter-fried sponge cake with milk chocolate mousse, passion fruit sorbet, chocolate snow & crispy lime
The New Year's dinner is served in two sittings, at 6pm and at 9pm. Only the package with dinner time at 9pm, for the session at 6pm see this page.
