Parking

Guests are welcome to park in our garage for 205 SEK per night (185 SEK for members). When you arrive at the hotel, you will need to check in before you get a parking card. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. If you move your car during your stay, you are not guaranteed to find another space.

Accessible rooms

We have 18 accessible rooms for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. Please contact us for further information.

Do you offer housekeeping services?

To go easy on the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay.

Luggage storage

We have a luggage storage room, where you are welcome to store your belongings before you check in or after you check out to allow you to head off and explore Gothenburg with your hands free!

Have you forgotten to pack something? Don't worry! We sell a range of useful items in the hotel reception including dental kits, razors, sewing kits, combs, deodorant, lip balm, shampoo, conditioner and more.

Laundry options

Need to wash your clothes? You can leave your clothes with us to be dry-cleaned from Monday to Friday. A laundry bag and price list can be found in your room. Leave your laundry at the reception before 9am and you'll get it back the same evening. We also have a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers that you are welcome to use. Laundry detergent is available for purchase in the reception.

Comfort Hotel Panorama is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
