Breakfast

Our delicious and nutritious buffet breakfast features lots of organic produce, as well as a selection of gluten & lactose-free produce. Just let us know if there's something else you need and we'll be happy to help!

Monday – Friday: 6.30am – 9am
Saturday – Sunday: 7.30am – 10am

Please note that you will need to book a breakfast slot time via the reception by 8pm the night before.

The hotel has 22 outdoor parking spaces in close proximity to the hotel. You can also park on the street outside the hotel and pay at the parking meter.

Wellness

Our wellness area is located at the top of the building on the 9th floor. You'll find a good range of exercise equipment and a sauna here, as well as a lovely hot tub (max. 8 people) on the terrace. Come on up to enjoy some stunning views of the water and the city skyline! Please note that the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the wellness area.

Laundry service

Quality Hotel 11 works with a local laundry service. You can leave your laundry with us Monday – Friday before 8am and we'll have it ready for you the same day. Contact our reception for prices.

Pet friendly

Bring along your best friend! Pets are more than welcome at our hotel, and can stay with you in your room for 300 SEK per stay, or 400 SEK per stay for two pets or more. Guide dogs are exempt of charges, but please make sure to bring the required certification. You should also contact us when you book your stay so that we can reserve a pet-friendly room for you.

Should you get the cravings for something delicious during the day, in the evening or at night, we offer a wide variety of snacks, light meals, drinks and other necessities in Lounge 24 by the lobby. With Lounge 24 you can both sleep in and be a night owl. Welcome anytime!

Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Simply connect to the "Qualityguest" network and you'll be online. It really couldn't be easier!
