Quality Hotel™ Waterfront, Gothenburg

Was there with the family. Good for children, but also for couples. Good service and breakfast. 5 min walking distance from tram. Big hotel rooms but small wellness area with a lot of people, but was there on New Year's Eve. Recommend for everyone.

Very nice hotel in a really fantastic setting in The harbour of Gothenburg, situated in an old porter beer brewery, right next to "Älvsborgsbron" Nice sea wiew and some really nice restaurants within walking distance

Nice hotel and astonishing view at night! Nice breakfast, clean room! Only 5 km far from the city center.

Spending time with family, shopping and having lunches at the fish church, and other restaurants, including cakes!

Imagine turning up in the early hours of the morning with a one year old only to be told they had overbooked (they knew they had but took a risk anyway). It was not just us but multiple parties from the wedding group getting shipped off to various different hotels in the area. The sister hotel we were moved to said this happens all the time and they have to pick up the pieces because waterfront managers take a gamble that some people won’t turn up and they make more money. We were furious and just needed to get to bed, so agreed to be moved on the condition they would be paying for cabs (the other hotel was 20 minutes away from the wedding). The hotel sent us a sorry note in the post with a card promising to pay back the money. It’s clear they did this to prevent negative reviews. It’s been months now and no refund and no response to the last email (from Marcus) where they said they would pay. Until the money is paid back to my partner, my review stands and will be shared elsewhere. The behaviour from this hotel has been below average.
