Clarion Grand Hotel® Helsingborg

This is an old hotel with a good location. It is clear to see the "Grand style" from the past with large corridors and character. It is showing signs of age, particularly the carpet on the stairs. It's the first time I've seen arm chairs in the lift. My room was very spacious with good views. Breakfast was good. Having previously stayed at the Clarion Sea U, I'd recommend The Grand as the rooms are much better

Nice hotel for a night in work, location very good staff really welcoming and helpful,some rooms are extreme small maybe like 12-14 sqm,location is great the breakfast is very nice,free parking just outside the hotel after 18:00, will be back

A hotel near the harbor. Great service and nice room. The cleaning was good. A decent breakfast that could have more options. Historical places and the ferry to Denmark right outside the door. Walking distance to everything, like shopping and restaurants.

One of the most charming hotels I've stayed in. Dark wood, brass details, a chandelier in the elevator - absolutely beautiful, and very well kept. Lovely personnel, great breakfast selection, very clean spaces, and a very central location. Would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a touch of history.

The no frills hotel has absolutely no frills; no service, not convenient. It was impossible to find anyone to help. The parking garage app didn’t work. Very frustrating for all the guests. I had to find a hotel employee to help me as well as 4 other guests trying to pay for parking. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. We had a superior room that had a view of somebody’s apartment. There was one server in the lobby bar to accommodate the multitude of guests. She did her best but was quite overwhelmed with the requests. Only 2 luggage carts to haul your luggage from the parking garage to your room. I would never stay at another Clarion Hotel again. We couldn’t wait to leave!!!
