Come and work up a sweat in our gym and sauna to kick-start your morning or unwind after a busy day. We have separate saunas and dressing rooms for men and women. Just let the reception know if you would like to use the sauna so that it's nice and hot when you want to use it. You can use the sauna until 10pm. Our gym is open 24/7 (i.e. no excuses...!).
