Quality Hotel™ Match

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in November. It is a very nice hotell but there where many small issues and one major one. Simply put it was just to hot in the room which had a negative impact on our sleep. We really tried to change the temp but the aircon didn't allow us to change it that much. If you like to sleep in 22-24 degrees Celsius well, then you won't have any problem. I just assumed that there would be a minibar in the room but there were none. No big issue but I missed it. I didn't miss the safe that wasn't there either. I never use the safe in any hotells myself but maybe you do. The rooms are not cleaned unless you ask for it and you need to ask for it every day the day before. This was a bit anoying. Another anoying thing was that we had to book the breakfast. Every day. The thing was that this reservation was never used and the feeling I got was that this was done just so the hotell could get my email and, hopefully, my consent to send commercialadds to me. I think it didn't serve any real purpose. The booking itself was never used so it felt really pointless. This is a new hotell and you have a very nice view from the room. We loved that! The hotell is in the center of Jönköping which is nice too. It shouldn't really be much of a problem to stay there but strangely enough it was. The main thing was that we just didn't get any good nights of sleep and really, that's sort of the whole point staying at a hotell.

one if not the best hotels in Jonkoping. With the right room, the view is stunning, which is modern, clean and of a good size. The food is of excellent quality with good sized portions.

The room was perfectly clean. Really good breakfast, location in the middle of everything. Parking underneath the hotel was really expensive. Much cheaper on the street - and during nighttime it was free of charge. Unfortunately my room had a wall against 3 elevators so there was a buzzing noice all day and mostly at night which made my sleep hollow. Bring your earplugs!

The bed and breakfast were very good and the view from 15th floor was awesome. It was also very clean. In the room everything was provided for.

Only one poor receptionist trying to check in many guests on our arrival - Need more staff. Higher elevation Rooms had a lovely views but cleaning of floors could be better - grit, dust and fluff! Need to scan a QR code to book time for breakfast. First mornings breakfast was like a cattle stampede - crazy amount of people and was not pleasant at all.as many items were running out. Staff over run and feel sorry for them. Could be much better - Sorry just being honest.
