Getting to us is simple, as we are situated 20 minutes’ drive from Karlstad Airport and under 5 minutes’ walk from Karlstad Central Station. A stone’s throw from the city’s central shopping street, we offer a well-connected base for your stay in Karlstad. Our 10 conference rooms have space for up to 400 business guests, and we provide WiFi access throughout the communal and private areas of the hotel. Our inner courtyard is the perfect space for work drinks, quizzes, games and exhibitions.We know that leisure time is just as vital to a good conference as work – we have a relaxation area on the 5th floor where you can chill out in the panoramic sauna and enjoy the outstanding view over the city. One floor down, take a dip in the Jacuzzi or work out in our convenient gym to blow off steam. These facilities are free for guests.

We have two large rooms, Meeting (120m²) for up to 100 people and Boardroom (40m²), both of which are suitable for all kinds of events including conferences and celebrations.
The Clarion Boardroom is recommended for smaller groups of up to 12. Divided into a creative section and a meeting section, the boardroom provides a space that is both beautiful and stylish, with designer furniture and a bright interior.
We provide premium refreshments and beverages in a chilled-out atmosphere, to help you enjoy your time with us. The healthy breakfast is delicious and snacks are plentiful. The Afternoon Sweets and the Tonight's Special dinner is on us!
