Clarion Hotel® Sense
Located in the centre of Luleå, Clarion Hotel Sense offers guests a relaxed, continental atmosphere from which to explore the city's culture, entertainment and fine dining during their business trip in the city.
Contemporary elegance is at the heart of Clarion Hotel Sense due to its magnificent interior and unrivalled, central location. Business travellers have access to 14 conference rooms as well as other facilities including a gym and sauna.
Using the hotel, with its choice of compact, efficient and comfortable rooms, as base during their business visit in Luleå, guests can explore this thriving and bustling city which is right on the hotel's doorstep. With an in-house restaurant, two bars, a gym and a spa, it would be hard to imagine guests needing to leave the hotel when not making use of the excellent conference facilities. However, Luleå truly has so much to offer it would be a shame to miss out on this beautiful city. Luleå Cathedral is only a 15-minute walk from the hotel, while Norrbottensteatern, a performing arts theatre is also about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, right by the river. Kulturens Hus is about a 10-minute stroll from the hotel and is certainly not to be missed for downtime in between meetings, being the city's cultural centre putting on shows, exhibits and displays of both local and international talent.After spending the day in meetings or exploring the bustling city, guests can return to the hotel and enjoy a drink at one of two bars. The Lobby Bar offers visitors a cosy atmosphere where they can sit back and enjoy their favourite tipple, while The Skybar, as the name suggests, is on the top floor and offers truly fantastic views of the city.
Clarion Hotel Sense has 15 meeting and conference spaces that are all fully equipped with a PC projector, quality sound system and teleconference facilities. Each room has access to complimentary WiFi. Other equipment can be arranged in advance.
The Sea and The Sunset are the largest meeting rooms at the hotel and can seat 300 and 140 guests respectively in cinema-style seating. These large spaces are great for presentations, shows and other networking events.
The Horizon (105 sqm) and The Sky (90 sqm) are our two most popular meeting rooms. Their square shape, endless furnishing options and technical equipment mean that these rooms are ideal for larger conferences and events.
Our wonderful boardroom, The Grove (72 sqm), is a medium-sized conference room for up to 16 people. There's also enough space for all your guess in comfy armchairs and sofas. Ideal for exclusive meetings!
Other medium-sized meeting rooms include The River (45 sqm), The Valley (50 sqm) and The Ridge (56 sqm), as well as our popular boardroom The Leaf (38 sqm) for 15 people. All the rooms can be furnished to suit your needs.
The Leaf, The Meadow, The Icecave, The Rock and The Drift are our smallest meeting rooms. All of them have fixed furnishing with round tables and plenty of space for up to 8 people. These rooms are between 15-25 sqm in size.
Perfect for small meetings, job interviews, team sessions or as a group room used in combination with one of our larger rooms.
Three different food and meal plans are available for conferences. Choose from Basic, Some Extra or Let’s Go Crazy! Meals are served in the hotel's restaurants while snacks and hot drinks and other refreshments can be served in meeting rooms.
