The entire conference area (known as ‘Viking’) can be booked for up to 230 people.
When used together, the Ivar and Haakon rooms can easily accommodate 100 people.
If you’re looking for a slightly larger venue, look no further than our three rooms: Ivar, Haakon and Agnar. With capacities of 50, 60 and 90 people respectively, these airy rooms with bench or U-shaped table layouts are just the ticket.
The three smallest conference rooms can each accommodate a maximum of 12 people sat around a long table. These rooms – like all of our conference venues – come equipped with a PC projector, whiteboard, flipchart, notepads, pens and free Wi-Fi.
Complimentary coffee is at hand to keep your guests perky, and popcorn and soft ice too. Conference lunches and dinners are offered in Restaurant Q – our team will even create a tailored menu. Unwind with an after-work in the Invit Bar X.
