Quality Hotel™ Luleå

Low quality, low value for money. Sleeping was difficult because of very warm room, food quality was low, bathroom smelled bad.

After driving 14 hours from Stockholm to Luleå in -40° we arrived at a different accommodation to find it wasn't fit for purpose. At 10pm we rocked up to the front desk of Quality Hotel Luleå to be greeted by the friendly face of Mats. Our knight in shining armour, he set us up for the night in a lovely room for 3. After a hot shower and a cup of tea we all had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast included the morning after was an added bonus. Marie was also very helpful in allowing us to store our perishables in the fridge. An absolute whirlwind of a first night in Lapland, it ended so much better than we had expected!

I enjoyed my stay at Strwberry-chain hotel a lot. The location is probably the best in Lulea, easy to find. Located just in heart of the city, only 100 m from pedestrian city heart and shops. Had spacy room and liked the bath tub as they are not so common nowadays. Goods beds and peaceful hotel. May seemed to be on business trip. Special note about good and varying breakfast and very nice &helpful staff. They have family rooms and parking hall. Can recommend easily!

Staying at the Quality is always a good experience, value for money, pleasant staff, very good service in bar/restaurant. Evening menu offered good choices and good quality. Handy location for visiting many sights

We stopped in Lulea to visit Jokkmokk and Cape Wild. The lady at the reception was very helpful. We were able to check in early, received recommendations for nearby attractions and enjoyed a good breakfast. We loved our short stay there as the team at the hotel were very kind and the breakfast was good. It makes a huge difference when you feel welcomed after a long and tiring journey through Sweden! They serve breakfast at 7.30am but as we left super early the next morning, they even packed a breakfast to take away. Much appreciated!
