It was a really pleasant stay. Very good breakfast. Near the beach for a morning run. Wonderful view from the upper floors

The best stay at a hotel I’ve ever tried. It’s a beautiful and clean hotel, in a nice area and with a compassionate, open, kind and professional staff, both in the reception, cleaning-staff etc. There was a understanding and sincere will to assist me in my wishes and needs, regarding my personal “issues” and it made me feel very welcome and at ease. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast buffet, with a big variety of choices. I recommend it big time (already having family that wants to go) and I will be back :-)

This is my favourite hotel in Malmö. I always stay whenever I travel to Sweden - even if for a night. I just love the location and the hotel!

No Milk in the room for making drinks. No Water in the room…apparently this is policy, so we had to go and buy both at a 7-11. A bottle opener would have helped. A bar that stayed open beyond 11 would have been nice. Getting the same room you reserved - we reserved a double room with king bed but on arrival we were told there were none available. We had to stand our ground as the checkin staff weren’t prepared to give us the room we had booked. It turned out they did have one - they just weren’t going to let us have it until we made a fuss and showed our booking confirmation. There was an implication that by booking through Expedia we were less important than if we’d booked direct with Strawberry. Most staff we had dealings with were lovely and helpful, but this is not a hotel for leisure travellers - it’s focused on conferences. We felt a bit of an inconvenience to them. Rooms were clean and views amazing. Close to the station and to the Old Town.

This hotel is very modern and caters to businesses as well as travelers. It’s is very and busy, but everything runs smoothly from the checking in to the breakfast. The room was large with all the amenities and the view of the city was spectacular. The bathroom was modern and there was enough space for our toiletries. The breakfast (included) was a large affair. Everything under the sun was offered to us from eggs to every kind of meats and cheese. We enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was a bit far from the city center but the restaurant on the top floor with an astonishing view all around was excellent.
