The room was at a poor standard. It was not clean. I found stuff from earlier customer in the bed. Ventilation system was so noisy that it woked me up several times during the night

We were not given the requested room with disabled facilities according to the attached description. We wrote a comment requesting confirmation of wheelchair access required. No answer! I then called the hotel reception who confirmed that the room was designed for a wheelchair. It wasn't!!! But it turned out OK, as the bathroom door was just wide enough. But shower was not possible for the disabled. The hotel itself has a good location near the main train station. Our family room was nice and spacious, a few light bulbs missing, but clean and we slept well. The breakfast is fine, although the staff could not keep up during rush hour. Would stay there again but don't expect more than average service.

Would stay away from this hotel. They charged me twice for the hotel room, and have not refunded the double transaction despite multiple attempts and documentation on the wrongful transaction. The location is practical, but the service is terrible.

wonderful hotel with incredible architecture! clean environment and quiet! Really good for family too ! Close to the center and the train station! I highly recommended!

It is a fine hotel, if only there for sleeping. The room is somewhat worn down. But clean. Okay breakfast - although they were slow at filling things that ran out.
