Quality Hotel™ The Mill

The hotel is very nice and clean, and it has great rooms. We booked adjoining rooms for our family with two kids, which was very great. You Can also book a Big family room, but we liked, that we could close the door, when our kids fell asleep. The staff were awesome and super friendly. They have a play room for the kids, which were awesome for us - especially because we travelled with small children. The breakfast was also very nice! A lot to choose between and good Quality food.

Good rooms, good service. Breakfast included. Parking next to the hotel (for a fee). Location close to everything. Price fair.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious and attractive. No fridge, kettle or safe. Good sized wet room. The location is good for exploring Malmo and transport services.

Let's start with the good bits - BRAVO HOUSEKEEPING 👏 our room was spotless. Not a watermark to be found on the taps/shower or shower screen. Linen was pristine. You are all very polite and do not get the credit you deserve. Now onto the not so good bits - Rooms are basic - no coffee making facilities, no where to hang clothes, no where to dry towels after a shower. Windows can't be opened and ventilation system is pretty useless. Reception - RUDE!!!! Very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Breakfast - It's a nightmare, doesn't matter if you go at 730am or 10am. Tables always dirty, floor needs a good wash, coffee very strong, the smell as you wait for a lift is overpowering and makes you want to vomit. Set up is disjointed. Car parking - recommend using the EasyPark App, underground garage code is 529001. 287kr for 24 hours. Hotel has a lift to and from the garage but other than that they do not want to get involved with any issues surrounding the garage itself. Have stayed at other Quality hotels throughout Sweden and this is our least favourite and one we would not visit again

Worst female receptionist this morning. Very condescending and rude. I got a double 600kr ticket within 12 hours in the connecting hotel garage even though I paid 235kr. The hotel will take absolutely zero responsability for helping to get them cancelled from Malmø-city. The garage is called Davids Mark and code 525001. It was the only option in the app. The code should have been 519001 with a slightly different name (Davida garage). So kinda confusing and an easy mistake. Especially because the app only gave one option. The hotel will not get involved in any dispute over parking (always the easisist). Not their problem even it the garage is connected to hotel. Some hotels choose to take responsability and will do stuff to help customers. The smug receptionist instead started educating me on responsability. Choose a different hotel.
