Quality Hotel™ View

We stayed in the family room for two weeks while visiting family in Malmo. The train from Copenhagen is steps from the front door of the hotel. There's a bus pick-up and drop-off just in front of the hotel also. The Emporium Mall is just crossed the street. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet included in the room was very good. Lots of choices. We stayed two weeks and didn't get bored with the breakfast. Most of our meals were at my relatives home but, the meal we had in the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The room was adequate size. We did find that the floors weren't very clean. That didn't bother us. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was exceptional. I drink a lot of water. The tap water was very good. I didn't need to buy bottled water. The internet signal was very good and consistent. My only concern was the bedding. We found the mattresses to be uncomfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and especially a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. When returning to Sweden we will definitely return to this hotel.

The room product is very poor, only a sofa, a bed and a wardrobe. I found an AirPod under the bed, I handed it to the reception and said that maybe the room was not cleaned properly, please ask them to clean it again, I am also traveling with a 5 year old child, I requested a double duvet because they only provide one duvet in the room. The reception confirmed my request but did not take any action. We stayed for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, we had to clean ourselves and remove the trash. The room was very cold even though we had adjusted the temperature, it was not comfortable for all of us, especially the little one. We are frequent travelers, this is the first time we experience a hotel with the level of room product, compared to international standards, there are many points missing in the room. The restaurant is very good, clean and the quality of the food is fun, the staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant were helpful and energetic. The location of the hotel is great, close to a shopping center and a train station

Great location in Hyllie, a short ride with the train from Copenhagen Airport. Nice design and furnishings inside the hotel, friendly staff and great food in The Social Bar (tried the Chicken Ceasar salad with additional pommes frites) and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended hotel!

The good things: nice clean roome. The bad things: we had a very bad experience with their parking. The instructions we had over phone was that there where 2 garages available. Go in thru the ramp and an automatic door will open. Take the elevator straight up to reception. Or if that garage is full there is another one with even moore spaces. Ok so we go in one of them thru that door and park, and pay for 24 hours. All good right? No, came back with 2 tickets, first evening and next day. 800kr a piece. When I confront the reception I got to talk to the ”supervisor” who where just rude and saying that it was wll informed with signes that we should go thru a second door to get to the correct garage. Another couple had the same experience. Next vad thing was the bar prices, stupidly high. Avoid this hotel, there are so many nicer and friendlier to choose from in the area.

The hotel location unable the guests to move easily to other beautiful places in Malmo. The personal at the reception are very helpful and nice.
