Clarion Hotel® Arlanda Airport Terminal

Gets a four based on its extremely convenient location and the lovely room, which I liked a lot. the bathroom was good, the bed very comfortable and a nice view too. Two down points though - no openable windows which I always find infuriating. The windows are locked, but they can be opened, so I imagine the staff air out the rooms which is better than having windows that don't open at all, but still not ideal in my opinion. Also, no tea and coffee in the room, which is sacrilege in a big hotel chain. As many others have pointed out, the major plus of this hotel is its convenience. It's attached to the terminal, so it's an ideal place to stay for an early or late flight. The reception area is also decent, but my biggest gripe is with the bar/restaurant upstairs which was a massive disappointment. Lacking in atmosphere, hugely overpriced (to be expected) and the food was sub-standard - the steak I ordered was nearly 40 Euros and was rubbish, frankly. On my second night I bought myself a sandwich from the airport to avoid the restaurant, so that's a shame. Still, the convenience and the comfortable, nicely decorated room make-up for the downsides. Overall, 3.5/5.

Really amazing views over the airport and runway (but no noise!) I got a lovely room on the 10th floor, and spent the first hour of my stay just watching the planes take off into the sunset. Bed was lovely, extra duvet in the cupboard (and tea and coffee making facilities), and pillows in 3 different firmnesses. Bathroom was roomy (no bath, but a gigantic shower-space) the breakfast is open from 4am (perfect for that early flight!) and is the most extensive buffet I've seen in s while. Really lovely! They are very strict on the check-in time, so I spent an hour planespotting from one of the many cafes in the terminal. The rooftop pool was amazing, I could stay in there all day :) The restaurant on the 12th floor also has amazing views, lovely staff and delicious food, but I recommend booking a table in advance if you're more than 2 people. A bit of a walk from terminal 5, but not difficult to find at all once you're on the right level (need to go up from arrivals to departures level and then a straight line directly there. Even signposted "Hotel") I'm looking directly down on terminal 4 from my room, so that is very close. Would absolutely recommend for that overnight layover or even just for a nice relaxing mini break without the hassle of travelling to Stockholm central :)

We arrived into Arlanda late from Kiruna and were flying out midday the following day. We opted to stay here and we were not disappointed. Lovely room, plenty of space, all amenities and great bath and shower. Breakfast was lovely and staff really friendly. Great location for flight to London!

Lovey hotel, very easy to find if you have a morning flight out or late flight arrival. On the Airport so no transfer needed. Rooms very comfy, shower powerful. Nice touch with the outside pool and lovely gym. 4am great breakfast, handy if you have a very early flight.

Stayed here 12/09 - 13/09 -24. A very central hotel at Arlanda. Friendly staff with a high sense of service. Bronze: Central Arlanda. Clean room. Silent rooms. The bed was sufficiently hard to lie in. Breakfast from 4 AM Rooftop pool Sauna Cons: Nothing that I can come up with
