In addition to exclusive machinery and free weights, you can also use punch bags, up-hill running and rowing equipment. During the summer months we also offer classes such as yoga on the At Six Rooftop.
At Six Wellness
At Six Wellness focuses on fitness treatments including deep tissue massage to improve muscle capacity and release tension in tired muscles, as well as classic Swedish massages to relax body and mind. Find out more about our treatments and prices.
At Six Gym Club
We also offer membership to our exclusive gym that is limited to only 35 members. Membership includes several personal training sessions, breakfast, use of a private locker and gym clothes.
