At Six

Came across At Six while looking at Amex hotels. Decided that based on the reviews, pictures and location that it would satisfy our requirements for our first trip to Sweden. After arriving later in the evening, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile. The reception experience was excellent and welcoming. We were given our room and a list of American Express perks, which were satisfying and exciting! Went to the room, and while on the darker side, it offered a mysterious approach into what the rest of the hotel offered. Exquisite and contemporary fit this hotel! Room was clean, beds were comfortable shower was great and the balcony was exceptional for great views of Stockholm! Perfect size for any individuals or couples! Overall the vibe was great, staff were excellent, location was great and the ability to walk everywhere within a few minutes sealed the deal! Thanks to the amazing staff for making our first trip to Sweden amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel At Six during our first visit to Stockholm (and Sweden!). Would highly recommend it and would absolutely love to stay again. The welcome we received at check-in was very friendly and helpful and set us up for a lovely stay (I’ve forgotten his name but started with E!). Our requests for non-feather bedding (I’m allergic) before our arrival were accommodated and the lobby is welcoming and very clean. The Junior Suite is beautiful with great views and has everything you could need. The soap and toiletries smell divine and felt like a mini spa when showering under the rain shower! The location to explore Stockholm was great and easily walkable to many areas or a quick Uber ride to other locations. The area felt safe at night when the surrounding bars were busy and it was not loud once back in our room on weekend nights. Some lovely bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The breakfast has so much choice and is very fresh with excellent friendly service from everyone we spoke to. Even when it was busy there was not a long wait but I think there are peak periods on weekends. The Saturday Brunch they offer seemed very popular with a really long queue and though we didn’t have it we caught a glimpse and looked great. On arrival we ate at Blanche & Hierta Wine Bar in the hotel and had a drink there the night before we left. Food, drinks and service were all excellent as well. Would love to visit in warmer months to experience the rooftop bar. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was Served by Ester on the front desk, who couldn’t do enough on getting me in the right room. Rooms are great. Breakfast is amazing and it’s in the heart of Stockholm. Beds are latex toppers and the best to sleep on. Recommend the 14th floor and front, as the sun rise is worth a look

Location is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean but the extra bed in our Junior Suite make it very tight as there is there is still the sofa in the room. Perhaps the sofa could be sofa bed for any extra bed need.

In all my years staying at 5 star hotels, I’ve never had this experience. A room was booked well in advance, 3.5 months, for a weekend stay. Just a week after booking, I realised I had made a mistake with the dates, should have been the weekend before. Hotel At 6 have point blank refused - no discussion nor at least some concession of any kind to help. I have to book another full price room. I understand this was my mistake but this isn’t a cancellation, just requesting to change the date. And so far in advance, I checked to see they still do have plenty of rooms available for May. Their complete inflexibility is ungracious and incomprehensible. You can tell a lot about a hotel by how they appreciate business and treat their guests.
