When I checked in on Friday evening, the brown-haired girl with red nails was absolutely a professional at her job, very charming and helpful and made the whole crew laugh and we all felt very welcome. The breakfast was really good and the male bartender with all the tattoos was super cool aswell. BUT on the other hand I'm very disappointed with the staff when we left Sunday. I have forgotten my laptop when I left the room and the hotel around 9.00 am. I did not notice that until 14.30 - I called the hotel to ask if you found it, and they instantly said yes - for that I was very happy. But - why the H**L didn't you call me? YOu had my room number and phone number. For that, I'm very disappointed in the service. If I had left directly to the airport to travel home, I might have seen the missing laptop at the airport security. And for that reason I'm really disappointed.

Rooms were clean but cold. We were offered to upgrade to better view and bathtub. The tub was poorly renovated from an enamel injury, and the view was over the park where the homeless sleep.

Bad service and little kindness! We arrived almost at 11:00 pm with two children from a wonderful and fun outing and we found two counters who were not very friendly and very sleepy, rude and lazy, when they saw us with two tired children and wanting to rest they only limited themselves to saying let's book online and they didn't even offer to help us do it faster, waiting almost 40 minutes to get in! .. another room and in case you don't know what their job is, they didn't inform us, they gave us a room for disabled people without carpet, a cold and terrible room and a bed that seemed like a single bed!!! Terrible, I think that for the price you pay at least you have the kindness to inform and more if you go with a child, nothing like knowing the basic information!, definitely we will never return and I recommend the Elite hotel chain a thousand times! We know that the country is not the best in service but this one gets 5 stars for poor service and unkindness of its staff!

Our recent stay in a Double Superior room at Clarion Hotel Sign met our expectations for comfort and quality. We requested an additional bed, which was already prepared upon arrival - a thoughtful touch that exemplified the hotel’s attention to detail. Both the hotel and our room were spotless and well-maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The bathroom was spacious, featuring both a separate bathtub and a shower, which added to the overall convenience and luxury of the accommodations. Breakfast was very good, offering an extensive buffet with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The dining area was impressively large but still quite crowded during peak hours, reflecting the popularity of the breakfast offerings. Overall, the hotel delivered a comfortable and pleasant experience for our small family, and we would happily recommend it to others.

Fantastic hotel, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They sorted our rooms with no issue when we missed our flights (nightmare!), and kept our reservation. Very comfortable rooms and great beds- we slept so well. The breakfast was amazing- lots of fresh fruits, meat, cheese, breads, hot breakfast and much more. Fairly quiet for breakfast although we did go early- it may be busier later. Spent Christmas Day morning in the Spa on the roof which was so relaxing. It was an extra cost, but we felt it was worth it. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel- we played cards downstairs in the evening and the bar was quiet and friendly, had a meal there one night which was great- very large portions. You will not go hungry!! We loved Stockholm, and had never been before, but would stay here again. We travelled as a family with 2 older teenagers. Our son used the gym a few times and said it was great- very quiet which he liked. The hotel is near the Arlanda express and walking distance for most places. We walked everywhere from here.
