Good hotel Great location next door to transport hub and Arlanda Airport Express. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plentiful breakfast. Room well appointed ,clean and comfortable .Would stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

Great one night stay for New Year’s Eve. Really close to Arlanda express from the airport. Friendly reception staff on checking in and we did appreciate the upgrade to a suite. The room was nice, good storage and although we had 2 bathrooms only 1 had a toilet. We ate at the hotel on NYE, it was set menu with a glass of champagne. Thought it was good value, tasty and service was again friendly. The bar area was also good. We finished before midnight, got wrapped up and walked to the bridges around the Royal Palace to see the fireworks. It was snowing so added to the excitement of the evening. An excellent stay and we hope to come back during the summer to see more of Stockholm.

Good hotel, comfortable and good value for money. Especially liked the breakfast. Good location to see Stockholm and easy to get to the airport.

This was a lovely hotel, but with some reservations about common-sense comfort choices in the rooms. The best designed and comfortable area was the foyer/bar/breakfast/lobby area which flowed seamlessly down the length of the hotel. It was a cosy place to be and spend time. Also the quiet library-type space on the other side of the entrance was great, although all seating was at desks. I was longing to sit in this space in an easy chair! Breakfast was excellent, although at busy times the staff struggled to keep all things well-stocked and clean - par for the course maybe. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming too, almost without exception. Reservations about the room, as I mentioned: in our case it was a suite, which we treated ourselves for our 6 night stay. It was all very nice to look at, and I do appreciate most aspects of the simple, tasteful Scandi design. But arriving in the evening as we did, what struck me very soon after was the strange lighting choices - bright overhead lights, which had to be either all on or all off, with the only softer options being at floor level. No lamps. This left nothing for ‘mid-level’ reading purposes, which was frustrating. To the hotel’s credit, they provided a nice standard lamp when we requested it. But I still found it odd. And speaking of light, there were no bright light options in the bathroom, which again I found a poor design decision. A beautifully large, round mirror above the basin, but no surrounding lighting so as to properly light one’s face. Go figure?! Lighting aside, what struck us was the lack of storage space. For those who want to put everything away for their stay, there is precious little place to do so. There is hanging space in the corridor, but no drawer space whatsoever in the bedroom, and hardly any surface space to lay anything down on either. We repurposed a drawer at the other end of the sitting area, but it all felt a bit piecemeal. The other big disappointment was the lack of comfortable seating - the sofa-bed, beautiful as it looked, was so uncomfortable to sit on (in my hotel experience, not all are like this), and there was no other easy chair. There were dining chairs, but one comfortable easy chair (it is a suite after all) would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the room comfort and cleanliness was solid (apart from inexcusably dusty skirting at floor level, ironically highlighted by the low-level lighting: good bed (also nice reading lamps!); nice shower (albeit small, and seems like you can’t avoid a shower design these days where the water leaks out all over the bathroom floor 😩) and bath with quality toiletries; good fridge (minibar) and kettle with nice tea selection. To summarise, FANTASTIC public spaces, but rather disappointed at a few fundamental design flaws in the rooms, in my view. Perhaps they’ll attend to these in the next revamp.

Great location just next door to Arlanda Express Airport Train station. Lots of shopping & dining options nearby. Room is small but functional and very clean. A good base for your trip to Stockholm.
