Strömstad Spa & Resort

We found these disgusting silverfish in our rooms. When we told the reseptionist, she told med that others also hade complained about the same thing. This is not good. A drink in the bar costs 179 SEK per drink!!!

An expensive experience. Ekpensive parking and pool area. New employee at the reseption made the check in and check out moore difficult than nessessery. The staff did not give full attention to us during out check, but were occupied by other doings, what ever that could be moore importent...

Overall, it was a fairly good experience. We decided to upgrade the room, and when we arrived, there was a large crack in the door out to the balcony. The spa was good, but the silence spa was reserved from 5 pm to 7 pm, and at 8 pm, it was still not cleaned from the previous guests - glasses, etc, was still on the table. The breakfast was great!

Poor service at the reception, spa and restaurant. Food was very good elderly couple having sggx in the outdoor pool was totally awful. outdoor disco music in a bar in the resturant until 01 at night, not able to sleep

They allowed a band to play in the lobby past midnght and my room shook! I had to go down to complain and I wasnt alone. This is something I have never experienced before in 100s of hotels I have stayed in and was totally unacceptable and I should not have had to go down No phone in the room. I had to go down at midnight and once again at 1: 30 AM. Also, Handicap spot was taken so hotel staff said to park in the space next to it. I did and got a ticket! They told me they would take care of it and took the ticket from me. They gave me a card to email if something went wrong with that and --it did. My emails now go unanswered and I have to eat the ticket for parking where they told me to park!
