Go ahead and enjoy the best breakfast in town right here at the hotel every day of the week! Breakfast is always included in your room rate when you stay with us. Non-residential guests are also more than welcome to enjoy the buffet for 225 SEK per person.

Gillet Brunch Club

On selected Saturdays, we serve a fabulous brunch buffet featuring a range of delicious dishes and popular treats! If you need a little pick-me-up, you can even order yourself a mimosa at the bar. The price for brunch is 395 SEK per person.

Palm oil free food

Clarion Hotel Gillet is a palm oil free hotel, which means that we have excluded the use of all palm oil in food. Palm oil is one of the most unhealthy vegetable oils, and its production results in the destruction of rainforests, which in turn threatens the climate, the natural world and species that live within it. Clarion Hotel Norden is the first hotel chain in Europe to completely exclude food containing palm oil.
