Clarion Collection® Hotel Etage

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centrum. Close to everything you need. It is also good that you get fika, evening meal and breakfast in with the price. Of course if you don’t want all of that the price is not so great. Then we get to the room. This is supposed to be 4* - air con was broken and just buzzing all night. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep, you can’t have the windows open as then it’s mighty loud. No glasses in the room. No tea and coffee facilities. The shower was so powerful the shower head blasted off the stand and hit me on the head. In the morning I went down for a walk to find blood all over the main entrance door, up the wall, on the path. It was horrible. My experience means I wouldn’t stay here again at all. I think there are many better places near by.

I love that the beds and pillow are so soft and fluffy, feel so comfortable to sleep on, the service was good, the staffs work proffessionaly. The rum is so spacious and calm. I will definatly come again.

Great location and very friendly staff. Sadly somebody had left the window open in my room so it was absolutely freezing when I got there and took me forever to get warm. The room was a little on the small side in my opinion but I was just sleeping until I head out for my next trip. Checked in late and was greeted by a very friendly staff which made me feel very welcome.

I mean, a hotel, with a decent room, that includes dinner and breakfast for two people in the room rate, plus a coffee corner all day, is not normal in Sweden. I found the parking on the street close by costs 98 kr for whole night. We got fish tacos for that dinner and wooooow, it was so delicious. Ritual body wash and a small note from the maid will perfect your day.
