Spenn is an exciting new loyalty currency that is being launched on 19 November 2024. It's easy to earn and use Spenn with both Strawberry and Norwegian. You can earn Spenn by staying at one of our hotels and you can get an overview of your Spenn balance on "My Page" and in the new Spenn app, where you'll also find personalised offers and benefits. Spenn offers a flexible way of maximising your benefits and helping you to get the most out of our member programme. Spenn will be replacing our traditional bonus points scheme from 19 November 2024.

Any bonus points that you have already earned from Strawberry will still be available for use until 31 December 2025. That means that after the official launch of Spenn on 19 November 2024, you'll still be able to keep your bonus points all throughout 2025. You'll be able to use them just like now, while also earning Spenn on new purchases.

You can also use your points to buy gift cards with Strawberry that can be used to pay for hotel stays, restaurant meals and spa visits. Gift cards can be purchased using bonus points until 31 December 2025, and they will be valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. So, if you still have bonus points to purchase gift cards on 31 December 2025, you'll be able to use them until 31 December 2027.

Spenn offers unique benefits compared to traditional points and provides flexibility through easy access to several loyalty programmes and earning methods in one app. You'll therefore be able to use one loyalty currency for several different programmes. Spenn also offers faster earnings possibilities with more personalised offers and benefits from a varied range of brands, plus seamless integration which means you can earn and use Spenn within a wider network of partners.

Yes! You can always use Spenn as full or partial payment, as long as there are rooms available at the hotel. With Spenn, we're making it easier for you to take advantage of your benefits when you stay at our hotels, without limiting you to a minimum price in order to be able to book.
