At Strawberry, breakfast is ideal for those who are up early, for those wanting to make the most of Mondays, or for anyone simply seeking a pleasant morning, even without staying at the hotel. If you’re travelling before the restaurant opens, you can pick up a fresh Early Bird breakfast bag with everything you need for a good start. As a member, you can bring a friend every Monday and enjoy our Monday Breakfast – a 2-for-1 breakfast that makes the start of the week a little better. And you don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy breakfast with us: at many of our hotels, you can also purchase breakfast without an overnight stay, subject to availability.


Breakfast options may vary between hotels and by season. We always recommend checking the latest information directly with the hotel before arrival – especially if you’re departing early, or visiting at weekends or during public holidays.

    A breakfast experience out of the ordinary. Enjoy freshly baked bread, hot dishes, pastries, and local, organic ingredients. At several of our hotels, you’ll also find an omelette or pancake chef – and always great barista coffee.

    At Home Hotel, breakfast is always included. Start the day with freshly baked bread, excellent accompaniments, seasonal fruit, juice and coffee – a simple, satisfying breakfast that gives you a calm start to the day.

    Quality Hotel™

    A generous and varied breakfast buffet for the whole family: freshly baked bread, accompaniments, eggs, bacon, fruit, yoghurt, and hot and cold drinks. At some hotels, a cold buffet is available 04:00–06:00.

Breakfast at Strawberry is prepared with care – for both quality and the environment. We continuously work to make our food offering more responsible, including through organic and Fairtrade-certified products, more plant-based options, and smarter buffet solutions that help reduce food waste.


Many of our hotels are also Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified, meaning they meet strict environmental standards for operations, purchasing and resource use. This means you can start the day with a breakfast that tastes great and is a better choice for the planet.

Breakfast options vary by room and rate type, and you’ll always see what’s included when selecting your room during booking. At Home Hotel, breakfast is always included as part of your stay. At some of our hotels, you can also choose a room-only option if you’re looking for a more flexible or more affordable stay.


At our Xpress hotels, breakfast is not included, but you’ll find a simple and convenient selection in the lobby for a quick and flexible start to the day.
