Clarion Hotel® The Hub provides the unique possibility of hosting large congresses and events in central Oslo. Our congress hall (approx. 900m²) can accommodate up to 1,850 people, while our spacious conference centre features a large variety of meeting spaces (4911 m²) and mingling areas (1312 m²) that are ideal for breaks and exhibitions. After a long day, guests can head to the hotel's gym and wellness area to relax body and mind! Those seeking a refreshment, can head up to the bar on floor 13 to enjoy a nice beverage and spectacular views of the Oslo skyline and the Oslo Fjord. During the warmer months of the year, you can also have dinner outdoors on our lovely terrace. It's the ideal way to spend a summer's evening with your colleagues!

We took great care during the construction process to ensure that we attained a "Very Goog" BREEAM certification. This involved careful decision-making with regard to design, construction, materials and waste management. Like all other hotels within Strawberry, Clarion Hotel® The Hub is also certified according to the ISO 14001 environmental standards. Our flexible congress hall with hi-tech solutions and stunning design will provide opportunities for large events. With ca 900 sq.m., there’s room for 1150 people in cinema style setup. The room can be divided in 3 parts and has a 6.10-metre ceiling.
There is a single wall that can be lifted and thus connects the congress hall with an 850 sq.m. mingle area. There is a flexible ceiling-to-floor window that can be opened to lift in large items, e.g. a car. A backstage room is attached to the congress hall.
On the first floor there are three conference rooms of approximately 100 sq.m. that can be linked to flexible variants to suit your conference perfectly. There is also a mingle area, as well as hi-tech solutions and great details.
On the 2nd floor there is an oval VIP room of approximately 80 sq.m., giving an extra inspiring atmosphere to your meeting. On the same floor there is a mingle area and terrace.
The "Think outside the Box" meeting room was developed as part of a design contest. It's definitely worth a visit if you want a creative twist to your meeting!
The hotel has 5 top-notch modern meeting rooms ranging from 35 to 55 sq.m. All rooms are of course equipped with the latest in presentation technology, and there is a mingle area and terrace on the same floor.
We have 10 boardrooms, approx. 25 sq. m., perfect for smaller meetings. With comfortable design and the latest in presentation technology, productive and inspiring meetings are guaranteed. There is a separate mingle area on the floor and a terrace.
As a conference guest, you can enjoy lunch, brunch and dinner as part of your event. How about a sumptuous 3-course dinner in our restaurant, a drinks reception with tasty finger food or a buffet in a private dining room? We've got you covered!
