How will the changes on 19 November 2024 affect my membership level?

Relax! You'll retain your level of membership during the current membership period and you'll still be able to move up a level via qualifying nights.


If your membership period starts between December and September, we will calculate what you would have had at the end of your membership period based on the points you have already earned during the period. If this calculation shows that you would have reached the same level or a higher level than today at the end of the period, you will already receive this level automatically as early as 19 November 2024. You will then retain this level for both the current and the following membership period.


NB! This does not apply to members whose membership period starts in October or November, where qualifying nights will determine your membership level from 19 November 2024.
