Can I request a receipt for a previous stay?

You should automatically receive a receipt for your stay. If you don't get one an additional receipt may be requested by navigating to your "Previous" stays in the app. Select "Get receipt" and it will be sent to your preferred email address. Please note that additional receipts are available at the earliest 24 hours after you check out and are stored for up to one year at most of our hotels. Some hotels may have a shorter period of storing receipts due to system changes.
